Spanish Talker Intuition Regarding Rate of Speech (STIRRS) Repository: Terms of Service


1.	When you submit content to or through the STIRRS (e.g., when you “submit a judgment”), you grant the Regents of the University of Michigan (“University”) a worldwide license in perpetuity to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display, make derivatives of, and authorize third parties to similarly use that content in any medium now or in the future.

2.	You authorize the University to use your name or pseudonym in connection with the content you submit in ways that are reasonable to give attribution.  The University may use its own judgment in determining when and whether to make attributions.  

3.	Neither you nor the University are transferring any intellectual property rights to one another or to any third party, even though you are granting the University a license to use content you submit and the University is permitting you use and to submit content to the STIRRS site.

4.	The University is under no obligation to use content you submit.  

5.	You agree that, to the extent that you submit content:
	a.	you will make a good faith effort to submit content that is relevant and accurate and that is yours to submit;
	b.	you will not submit content or make any commentary that uses profanity, graphic or obscene images or language, or ad hominem attacks; and
	c.	you will not submit the same content multiple times.

6.	Whether you submit content or not, you agree that you:
	a.	will not disrupt the activities of this site or the STIRRS Repository;
	b.	will not engage in unlawful activity while using this site or the STIRRS Repository; and
	c.	will not use automated technologies to interact with this site or the STIRRS Repository.
