I Feel Lost with Cuban Dialect Spanish, Help?

content

We [Caribbean people] speak rather fast (though Spaniards can speak pretty fast too, from experience), and we eat a lot of consonants (via transformation into glottal stops(? e.g. estupido -> eh-tupido, mierda -> mieh-da), among other linguistic curiosities that could trips someone up). Imagine someone learning English as a second language. They'll probably have a hell of a time with southern US drawl talk or AAVE (e.g. Hey, we'll be going now, alright? -> Ey mayn we gon' go now a'ight?).
