The majority of my exposure has been with Chilean and Argentine accents though I still find the Chilean accent really hard to understand. Caribbean accents (Puerto Rico, DR, and Cuba) are nearly indecipherable for me but DR is far more difficult.
Both Madrid and Barcelona are pretty tough, but only because those speakers speak rapidly. Colombian, Ecaudoran, and Mexican are probably the easiest. See all items with this value
