What’s the slowest/easiest Spanish Dialect to understand and speak?

Mexican Spanish, at least on TV, isn’t that fast. I don’t find Mexicans to speak that fast in person. Anything radically different to what you’re used to is going to give you growing pains. What are you used to. For context as regards my observations, I am very familiar with Mexican & Central American, Castilian, and Caribbean. Somewhat familiar with Venezuelan and Colombian and Chilean and Argentine. Caribbean, specifically Dominican, is by far the fastest in my experience. It’s also the one that I deal with daily.
