Like in English, Spanish is spoken differently in different sections of the Spanish-speaking world.
I live in Ecuador. On the coast the people speak faster than those in the mountains.
I have lived in sections of the United States where the population was predominantly Cuban. I think the Cubans speak very fast.
Each country has its own vocabulary. This can speed up or slow down the spoken language.
