Sometimes I wonder whether Chilean is a separate langauge.
I find Andalucian to be quite tough too (heard in Málaga) and generally European Spanish is just faster and less melodic in my experience.
To me the easiest is definitely Ecuadorian serrano, but the coastal dialect and the one in Tenerife isn't far behind.
